Level 2 Clinical Aromatherapy Certification

With the increasing demand from patients, family and staff in the acute and other care settings in healthcare there is a need for both knowledge base and evidence-based practice for providers. Having a percentage of content experts in any setting validates the practice regardless of size in that there is a resource for others to utilize when developing programs, standardized practices, sustainability, pilots, research and more. Certification in Clinical Aromatherapy for the use of essential oils is a nationally and internationally recognized practice standard for both medical and non-medical practice settings. Having this and other education guidelines and standards bring an institution’s expectations and goals to the forefront for any of its departments or practice groups when adding new and innovative ways to address patient and employee satisfaction, positive outcomes or other far-reaching goals. To sustain any program or initiative, having a foundation built with resources within the enterprise proves more substantial and robust.

Provider:

Natural Options Aromatherapy has been a provider of aromatherapy education & certification for over 10 years and recently enhanced their program to both meet the elevated criteria of NAHA (National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy) for a level 2 certified aromatherapist as well as qualify for nursing continuing education credits. This course is taught by a certified aromatherapist nurse with over 10 years of acute care holistic team experience in a world-renowned hospital system both practicing and leading as a seasoned holistic nurse specialist.
